Sure it's not one of those "retractions to save face because SHAFT's blown their budget and do not wish to reveal the movie's been delayed" ploys instead, right?

I think it's another one of those foul-ups of accidentally revealing the release window before it's supposed to be announced. Happens all the time.

That would be exciting, considering the size of the budget they're likely to have had available to blow.
