Has anyone else noticed that in the recent episodes of Inuyasha on CTN Kagoma basically says Inuyasha over and over again? I find it so annoying.

That is what most if not all Inuyasha episodes contain.

It happens in almost every filler episode, but only a handful of non-filler episodes.

Well, out of 167 episodes, I'd say that only 26 could POSSIBLY be considered non-filler episodes.
There used to be an old inside joke in Star Trek where some conduits or doorways would be labeled with the letters GNDN, which was short for Goes Nowhere Does Nothing. That pretty much sums up Inuyasha completely.

It's not something which started happening in recent episodes. Kagome and InuYasha calling each other's names has been happening since about Episode 5, or whatever episode involves the discovery of the Tetsusaiga.
It can get annoying at times, but it's not enough for me to stop watching the series.
(Imagine if someone made a mix containing nothing but "InuYasha!" and "KAGOME!!!" being said. There's a risk people could suffer from a brain aneurysm, but there is a chance the mix could work. )

That whole thing with her saying Inu-Yasha all the time was the first thing I noticed about the show way back when I first started watching [AS]. It annoys the heck out of me.

You don't recall that adult swim commercial that basically mocked this very point when they had nothing but clips of Inuyasha and Kagome saying each other's names?

Of course!!
That was one of my favorite Adult Swim commercials, too!
My suggestion was to take that commercial one step further and make a 5-10 minute dance song out of it. Just to throw people off, say, at 3:45 or at 7:53, we could hear the rest of the regular characters call for InuYasha or Kagome. At the end of the mix, Kagome ends the exchange with a SIT command.
(This isn't off-topic, is it?)

Reminds me of a joke regarding WWE wrestler Triple H and the WWE Championship Belt. Long story but the same principle.

Is that the one that looks like a girl? He's funny. Yeah, the whole corpses and grave yard soil line is getting crazy old. Then theres the hole "shards of the Shinkon (or sacred) jewel" It's like the shows freakin shticht just to say the same lines over and over again. I'm guessing Rumiko just doesn't know when to come up with fresh material. Shows in her writing, and her artistic style. Inuyasha=Ranma, Koga=Ryouga.
