Nah, its health problems for Buriki (the artist). Same reason the BDs have been delayed since Buriki was supposed to draw pictures for the extras.

Ah, is it? I know this sounds a bit cruel, considering it's a guy's health we're talking about, but I'm somewhat relieved. I thought the delays might have been due to some shadier reason.

As if they would take the risks involved with delaying the BDs for two months just because of a few pictures.
The cover art was supposed to be done by Buriki which is a huge draw. Now they're going with anime art for the covers and include Buriki's original cover art as picture extras instead.
