I'm just going to make a guess here and say that the shorts will be Tiger dojo related maybe?
It makes sense since well the dojo has been animated in carnival phantasm and fate zero.

Hm, that's more like it. I expect a 'Teach Us! Mom Iris!' episodes... or maybe the animated bonus chapters from original manga.

Yeah, that's how it's been since forever. Sometimes they're progressive and add as many as four episodes a disc.
