Were you looking for the tools and equipment used by Manga authors, or what? Your post wasn't very well defined, so if you could please be a bit more clear on your point, then I or someone else might be able to help.
(also telling us where you are located in the world would help)
Generally, there aren't "Manga Studios", since Manga is more-often than not done at home or in smaller, private studios that arent too glamarous therefore aren't very well documented.

Like Steven said, it would help if you could be a bit more specific.
But, here, you can see a couple of outside shots of Production I.G., and a couple of interior shots of Studio Ogura, and some in-betweeners at work.
And here are some pics of Studio Ghibli.

Also, if you're "drawing Manga (a point to be raised, but not right now)", you should post this into the Manga Section of the forums.

As for supplies I would hazard a guess you would be able to get all you need from you local stationary supply shop. Hope this is useful.

Unfortunately, regular local stationary suppliers don't sell halftone templates, which are sold only in specialty stores.
