When they say "iTunes U.S." they mean it - all these new songs are on the US store only.

However, for people who value purchasing their OSTs legally, the fact that it was "available" to download ten years ago doesn't mean anything.

On the other hand, Cowboy Bebop OSTs are easy to get your hands on. Even in my town, where you really will have a hard time finding any anime/video game OSTs, I have seen CB's OST several times.
