So Tohru has finally admitted that she likes Kyo, but Kyo can't bring himself to like her because he feels he is responsible for her mother's death. Seeing as how he was standing right next to her when it happened, I can see how he feels that. But in this instance, I would think you have to put the past aside, as a nekotsuki doesn't get someone to like them often. But this definetly depends on Tohru's reaction to the matter. Her feelings for Kyo are strong knowing that he'll go away soon, she wants the curse lifted from him. But how she looks at him now could bring the whole thing around. On another note, two more juunishi have been freed from the curse, Momiji and Hiro  Where Momiji will go from here, hard to say, but Hiro is a little more free at school now. Though Akito still hasn't gone to Hiro about him being freed yet.
