I don't know why, but he hasn't been officially announced yet. We have seen enough official promotions that prove he's a playable character in the game (including this trailer, where he shows up really briefly twice--or thrice?), though, so don't worry.

He was the first new addition officially announced! He as the focused of all the first promotions, right now the new character have more focus.
And he appears a lot of times in the video!
