I believe it only counts as cosplay if you're dressed up as a fictional character. Otherwise lots of sports fans would be a little distressed if they were told they were cosplaying.

If there was a girl version with short shorts and a tank top I'd totally pay $85 for it. I live in the desert, more than that is too much material for summer nights.
