Not bad. I didn't like the third movie as much as I had hoped for so I hope this final movie of the installation concludes the series well.

I just realized. In the time it took them to get all four episodes of Arise out, Sunrise only managed an episode and a half of Akito the Exiled...

Really looking forward to this episode.
I was really into these first 9 minutes and that sweet night time lighting, hopefully it ends on a high note with a great ep, like the first two. I agree Stark700, I thought I'd like the third movie more than I did, since I really enjoyed the first two, but it was still pretty good overall and probably would have been better with better pacing, as it had some good parts, plus it was nice to finally see the (new) old crew start to work together for the first time. And I enjoyed that a number of them got some time to shine a bit, or a lot in Togusa's case, and ofcourse the return of the great running gag of the Major making Batou punch himself when he does something that earns it, LOL. spoiler[Also, man that final moment with Togusa and Motoko was great lol.] |
