Wow this is a nice surprise! I recently bought the first two manga volumes from Seven Seas and really enjoyed them, now I find Pandora in the Crimson Shell is also getting a TV anime!? Definitely hyped to watch it and see how they adapt it.

YAY!

Was bummed that I thought that it was going to just be a special theatrical release. This is great news!

That's TV anime number 25 for me this upcoming season, including returning shows, like Utawarerumono.

Got the first 2 volumes of the Manga today, mostly because it is by Masamune Shirow (I know just did the concept, but the story and to a lesser extent, the art, is pretty much the same as it would of been if he had written it)

I guess I'll check this out. I'm a huge Shirow fan but based on the first volume I've read, it's pretty average for me so far. In any case, this might work better as an anime.

What's funny is that in the endnotes for volume 1 Shirow says that Rikudo ended up drawing the manga because (in Shirow's own words) "my art style is old." lol
