They knew very well that people would automatically assume a new anime movie was in the works with a countdown like that, so it feels rather dishonest that they pulled this publicity stunt for something as anticlimactic as just another broadcast of the film.

luv the guy’s work in his other movies like “Wolf Children” but this movie isn’t great I legit don’t get the hype and praise this movie gets discounting visuals of course
