It must have been a long time coming for Japanese gamers to see the conclusion to such a lengthy and exciting segment in the Legend of Heroes franchise. Hopefully we'll get Cold Steel III soon so we can continue the story too.

Super Robot Wars V selling 500,000 is a pretty big deal - SRW sales, previously largely exclusive to Japan (outside the OG localizations years ago), have been fairly stable relative to other series, probably good enough at the very least, but clearly lower than the glory days. But this shoots it back up to levels not seen since the 00s.

The recently announced SRWT was a bit shocking in that it has a lot of new stuff compared to its immediate predecessor, SRWX - V, X, and T have all come out yearly, one after the other, so perhaps it's possible they assessed how good V had done while X was in development, and upped the budget for T? Orrrr something? Either way, it's welcome news.
