This would be really good timing for another work that totally wraps up the story, so I hope it is.

And as a side note, reading the phrase "Amazon's now-defunct Anime Strike service" in any article makes me feel good. Wink

I would absolutely love a conclusion to one of my favorite anime of last year. Don't even need a whole season, a few OVA's would do the trick.

If the manga is already complete, there might not be even enough material for another season. A couple of OVAs maybe?

Guess you're not watching Karakuri Circus.

The anime adapted four volumes in 12 episodes, and there are only two volumes left, so that would be six episodes / about two hours worth of material.

At least it isn't locked behind two paywalls. Also, as someone who has beefs with Amazon in general, I take it as a matter of pride.

Pachinko machine that asking about your existence in the world. Make it double.
But well, it can be a new manga, as the original one is already ended months ago.

By the way, the twitter account clarified that since they're just the official account for the manga, they're not in position to make announcements regarding any animation projects.

The manga has an amazing ending, but the anime adapted pretty close to it, so there's not enough for a full season from where it left off. If they could give us at least a couple OVAs though, that would be great. Whatever this "Reboot" is though, I hope it's some roundabout way of saying there's more in store for the anime, because the manga doesn't need to be touched, it's perfect.

Perhaps it could be compilation films for the anime and then they adapt the rest of the manga as an OVA series or something? That would make the most sense to me because I've never heard of a situation where they make a complete reboot of a show that's only a year old.

Well this is interesting, a reboot or a sequel? the point in which the anime ended its not far for the ending of the manga, so im guessing they will release some ovas to adapt the rest of the story but im giving a warning, the ending although its really good, its also really sad.
