The people polled must scan reasonably old (and normy, though it is a manga site not anime site). All those titles started in the 20th century.

So much Nope!
Bulma & Vegeta I get, ChiChi and "I don't know what kissing is" Goku? Nope! Tsukasa Domyoji? NOPE! There have got to be rich guys who have never set up a girl to get raped "as a prank." No thank you! Tsukushi's great though, as far as I remember (I dropped the manga pretty early on). I'm really curious how an ANN poll for "best couples" would come out. Extra difficulty: limit the choices to shonen manga/anime. |

I'm absolutely screaming in horror at Doumyouji being picked. He's the picture of an abusive boyfriend: controlling, jealous, lashes out physically, uses his money and social power to create leverage for himself...
I'm happy to see Kyoko and Godai there, though. Maison Ikkoku is one of the greatest love stories of our era. |
