It didn't light the world on fire like people were hyping it up to be. But I think it did okay by whatever internal metric Nintendo had.
The VR thing is interesting, in that Nintendo is dipping its toes here, albeit via the Google Cardboard method.
But considering the Switch's power and likely the need for a very high frame rate to make the experience as smooth as possible for young children, I don't expect the graphics capability to be anything impressive.
But it should be serviceable enough for some smaller experiences.
