Very cool, looking forward to these events!
What’s the reason for not archiving it, though?

Exactly that.
When our sessions don't include a full episode, we'll likely be able to archive them permanently. When they have an episode in them, we will be limited to whatever the licensor allows us (and they might in turn be limited to what they've promised their licensees).

Thanks for keeping up the interview part, glad to get to watch even if I'm seeing it late.

The second video has a time-mark on it, so it starts 2172 seconds into the program, and you need to drag the cursor back to the beginning of the video.
Also, in the future breakdowns of "five favorites", could you maybe enunciate the titles a little better? I found myself pausing, and sometimes repeating sections in order to pick up the titles, or just trying to guess which anime was being discussed from the subsequent discussion.
After watching the video, I have to ask: Rebecca, as an Alice in Wonderland fan, have you ever watched Kyousogiga? It starts with quoting some of Lewis Carroll's poetry, and has its White Rabbit and is about Looking-glass Kyoto....

Yes, indeed! I particularly enjoyed it because it wasn't as direct as a lot of Alice interpretations. I also tend to like Through the Looking-Glass a bit more than the first book, so that gives it bonus points.
Also, apologies if I wasn't speaking clearly. Keeping the ol'Maine accent under control sometimes does that.

Originally, they posted the Hiro Mashima session as session 4, but have since corrected that. I was just teasing them about it

Actually, there was supposed to be a session before Mashima that was going to be session 3. But we were ready to announce Mashima first, so we announced it as session 4, waiting to see if people would notice.
Sadly, the joke ended up being on us as the original "session 3" had to be delayed.

Not sure if you guys should be reading chat anymore, or at least you should take them with a grain of salt. there were some pretty ridiculous lies in the chat about several of the anime next season. most notably was the person saying talentless nana was a mha rip. aside from superpowered kids in school, which is a such a broad premise to begin with that it's asinine to assume it's copying any one series in particular, it truly has nothing in common with mha
also shoutout to the guy who said warlords of sigrdrifa was based on a mobage, which it absolutely isn't, it's an original anime production with no source material. also it's being written by the Re:Zero author, so that's something to keep in mind

Oo! I'm excited to hear from the RetroCrush people. I've been giving them heavy rotation and absolutely love what they're doing.

Can we please stop conflating "lies" with "human error" or "opinion I disagree with"?
