So they discontinued the current App in the Western Countries, made everyone regret ever spending, even just a little - just to come up with a new one?

KLab EN is the one that decided to terminate the Global server of Shining Live for some future My Hero Academia games, not UtaPri themselves or Broccoli. Besides, we don't even know what company will in charge of the new game or if it'll have a global release. Whether or not JP Shining Live will still continue or not is up to KLab JP (it's still makes money for them, but who knows what'll happen).
