Someday I'd like to know what it is about anime games that they can have such a hard time using the actual franchise name outside of Japan...

Confused by this as most anime/manga based games do use the franchise name when it comes to other markets. Unless it was changed at some point like Saint Seiya becoming Knights of The Zodiac.
