I think it should be "No More Mudan Seisei AI," rather than "Saisei."

That's generally where I've always stood. It's fine to use this stuff for fun and memes but trying to sell it as a product is obviously going to incur the wrath of companies and people. But I feel like that's always been illegal and no different than people who lock their fan projects behind Ko-Fi shops or Patreon paywalls and then act surprise when companies come knocking.
