Episode 1
"Girls Forming A Band" is not one of my favourite genres but I liked the first episode. The concept of ojou-sans rocking out is pretty funny. This is another one that I'm not sure I'll be around for the full ride but willing to check out more. |

Episode 5
I think that this is the best episode yet. It isn't that the other episodes have been bad, but I think that it was maybe a bit Disappointing that it took until this episode for the rocker attitude to not just be directed at each other. To get some experience they became stand ins for an orchestra that needed a drummer and bass player, only to find the band wanting to lower the tempo even more. The answer the two girls had was to just start playing how they wanted and forced the other members into their tempo, which was super fun. The cherry on top was after the performance the professional singer congratulated them all, having a bit of emotion, and then Lilisa went off at him in vulgar mode. But then also Alice is now actualy a fan of her step sister, I guess seeing that she has a spine, although seeing a bit that her step mother is a little scary. |

Complete sociopath is a little scary? Wonder if father/step-father is going to realize this at some point? No wonder Lilisa is worried. |

I don't think he ever does find out if the manga's to be believed. And that's pretty worrying on its own. |

Episode 6
They introduced the other two band mates, although Tina is kind of a strange surprise. She acts as a tomboy prince type, that actually wants to do baby talk through a plushie, and hides her large chest with a binder. I guess that I can't quite see where she fits into the rocker punk of the first two. Also, I had been thinking about it for a while, but aspects of this show does make me think of Kakegarui. |

Episode 8
I was waiting for Lilisa to do to Tamaki what Roger Daltrey did to Pete Townsend* when the latter got too mouthy, but sadly it never happened. Does anyone else think the lower back part of Tamaki's skull is missing, or is it just the weird hair? *To paraphrase Howard Cosell, "Down Goes Townsend!" |
