So am I expecting to see a remake of Xabungle alongside a possible remake of Aura Battler Dunbine pending.

So are these videos more about gauging the popularity of the shows or testing these new animation methods?

It looks like some kind of rotoscope method which allows them to use old footage to create a more accurate remaster. |

That's what I like to know too, are these test animation, or an indicator that Aura Battler Dunbine and Xabungle will get a remake/reboot? Come on Sunrise/Bandai-Namco Filmworks, don't pull that Final Fantasy 7 PS3 tech demo crap back in E3 2005 before we got the legitimate remake in 2020. I want to know, and all of us on ANN wants to know, are Aura Battler Dunbine and Xabungle getting remake??? Aura Battler Dunbine remake would make sense given all the isekai anime that are coming out these day, and since the 1st anime was the one that was responsible for the modern isekai anime we have today. |

The CG looks fine, but it feels like 2D Mecha is dying out more and more.

Sunrise Robot Laboratory? Side L? Is the same template Sunrise used for Dunbine before
, and then the Side R a few months ago. So, I don't think it means a Xabungle remake; maybe a new BR. |

The first half of Gurren Lagann is a blatant reference to the show.
