Great to know that the 2024 movie will be released in Singapore with English subtitles! Hopefully, it will get released with subtitles and/or a dub outside of Asia someday. A theatrical release doesn't necessarily need to happen; it could get a streaming release on platforms like Tubi or YouTube. While I'm aware that Nintama is largely unknown outside of Asia, an official release of the movie could be a chance for more people to discover the franchise and appeal to those already familiar with it.
