There's definitely a bit of a leap in visibility/helpfulness between a show/story that incidentally contains non-het content and a show/story that simply just portrays it as a normal healthy function of life.
Will be nice if NHK World does a special on the exhibition - they usually go to various places like that and cover these sorts of interviews, and it would be neat to see this one on TV too. Hopefully they get more support to get things updated as well - watching Bandai trip all over itself after Witch from Mercury ended was an embarrassment, and it would be nice to experience less of that in the future.

Wait, how did bandai trip on themselves? I remember seeing some fans about the situation but I never looked into it

Is the Yurikuma Arashi manga different from the anime because the anime was full of blatant yuri fanservice and sexual content what with the little bear girls naked and covered in honey and sucking each others toes and performing fellatio on sex objects and all kinds of crazy stuff from what I remember. Nothing really "incidental" about it. Not that I'd say it was "normal" either given Ikuhara's wild psychosexual antics and how over the top it was.

Bandai just said Suletta and Miorine's relationship is up to fan interpretation and whatever pairing you want from the show is fine so they could appease both Suletta and Miorine shippers and Suletta and Guel shippers and sell merchandise for both groups . Some fans got mad is all although it's not like the show itself didn't act wishywashy about the whole thing itself in the end.

There were people who still shipped Suletta with Guel? That's just like if people are still shipping Korra with Mako from Legend of Korra. She's not coming back to him. It's over. You need to move on.

Ah, ok. Interesting, I remember seeing a bunch of fan art of suletta and miorine and a tweet from bandai (i guess it was it was talking about the fan interpretation thing) that did not get great reception lol
