I would love to see this getting an English adaptation given that podcasts and particularly audio drama podcasts in the US has already gotten a huge level of popularity amongst mainstream listeners for the last few years, I mean I've made an argument thread on ANN for translating and localizing audio drama podcasts based on Japanese anime/manga given that one audio drama Case 63 (adapted from the Spanish-language drama of the same name) showed that localizing and adapting a foreign-language audio drama into English is possible. Maybe Spotify can work with Junji Ito to adapt/remake the audio drama into English.
