I created this person based on the ED credits of my Blu-Ray disc of the Soukyuu no Fafner movie, Heaven and Earth:

Michiko Komatsu

Before noticing that she was in fact, according to the japanese wiki, this person:

Michiko Shimizu

I would suggest merging the newest entry into the oldest one, ie into Michiko Shimizu.

For name changes (marriage, agency transfer, etc.), the newest name shall be the main entry, with old name(s) linked to it.
