I remember checking the Romeo and Juliet manga out from the library.
It's actually not supposed to be "that" funny (Probably not at all, really), but everyone's reimagined as yakuza in Japan. Romeo and Juliet are from rival yakuza clans now, and the character designs are pretty hilarious (Maybe only because I remember reading the original plain, blahish version)

Wow, the Eisner nominations are actually better than the Harveys this year. And not just in the Foreign Material category...

Well as a Witchblade fanboy, in all its forms, I am happily surprised to hear the news. I for one will be rooting for it even if I do think the odds are against it winning. It would be cool though if it did. It was short but I enjoyed it none the less. I even bought it in both manga and western comic form.
