Okay, I'm not sure exactly where I heard this rumor, it's sort of a friend told a friend that read it off a blah blah blah... So anyways, is there anything partly true? Also, I apologize if this topic has already been talked about Razz

It's highly doubtful at this point. It's been so long since the series has been over in Japan that the chance of a release of a 2nd season or series is almost nil. Not only that, but when it does come to new series, you will frequently find a lot of promotion material of some sort to help create a buzz for the release. In otherwords, if there was going to be another series/season for it, you would have seen something in NewType already.

It's not true. It was never true. It won't be true in the future.

I apologize for my curtness, but this seems to happen every few weeks. Someone will claim a new season of _____ show is coming out, get a bunch of other people all excited, and then they post here in triplicate about it. Hellsing, Berserk!, Dragon Ball, Cowboy Bebop, Witch Hunter Robin, Rurouni Kenshin, Big O, Outlaw Star...they've all been brought up in the past, as well. It gets old.

Again, not your fault, but do beat the hell out of your friend for me the next time you see him.

That "Trigun - Wolfwood" listing is the "Signature Series" re-release of the third DVD. Nothing new, just an extra logo to ugly up the packaging and a few dollars shaved off the price.

No, no, and no. There is no second season of Trigun in the works. If you want more Vash Dark Horse has released a couple volumes of the manga with more to come.
