There was some sketch where Wayne Brady plays a cop, and when they asked him to act it out as an anime, he piloted a giant robot.

I used to watch the show a lot but lately I haven't had a chance to see it. Was it where the audience asked him to act it out or did they take it upon themselves to do it?

Actually, Anime has been mentioned on Whose Line Is It Anyway? a couple of times. Most of the time they mock the Speed Racer Dub, with it's horribly bad voice acting and old, old school animation.
It's usually one that game they play called "Scenes from a hat" i think.

Darn, I'm sorry I missed tonight's episode. But then, I already nnew that since it's a great show. Yeah, the've done anime at least twice before that I know of.
