Omega is apparently bugged in a few days, some possibly helpful (footage of someone with God mode has shown up) but most make it literally impossible to clear right now lol

Not really a "bug," it's a buff cap problem in phase 3, but plenty of teams are past that part.

Yeah I saw some of that. I'm not looking at the leaked footage, but that seems widely agreed to have come from within Square Enix.

The buff bug is sad to see. I was excited when people thought it was all a tongue-in-cheek programming reference, but now it seems its just an actual issue.

But yeah as varmintx mentions, at least teams are still progging out there!

All the while, the valiant race to clear the impossibly hard Bumba v25 fight recently added to FF11 goes completely unnoticed… Cool

I fully expected to wake up to find a team had beaten this...yesterday. And yet, no one has still beaten it today. Kind of wild that this has turned out to be even more difficult than Dragonsong's Reprise.

Shame the race ended with a japanese team clearing with a zoom hack and other 3rd party tools.

It's not a bug at all; the buff cap has been in the game since forever, it just so happens that very little content has a chance of actually reaching it. You could call it a "design flaw" if anything, but the fact people got past that ridiculous DPS check despie the issue shows it isn't as big as problem as some initially thought.
