Neat to see Masami Kurumada finally get to the Heaven Chapter on his own terms, after (allegedly) feeling that the Heaven Chapter Prologue movie from 2004 veered too far from the story that he had want originally wanted to tell. Apparently that's why Shigeyasu Yamauchi would never direct another Saint Seiya production, though he's only directed a handful of anime in general since then, anyway.
Personally, I'll just wait & see how it all plays out, in terms of serialization, before actually reading it. I know Next Dimension wasn't exactly popular, and it definitely is a flawed sequel to Saint Seiya, but I didn't think it was terrible by any means. Flawed, yes, but I enjoyed it when I read it all together after it finished. So let's see how this Tenkai-hen manga plays out. At least this time around Kurumada isn't already in the middle of making another manga (like he was when ND first debuted), though I guess there's always the chance that he'll get the urge to make other manga in between hiatuses (like he did during ND's latter half of serialization).

It's kinda weird even Episode G already gave is another take on the Tenkaihen but I lament the movie was even done in the first place cos it seems to have negatively affected the Hades ovas from the Underworld and Elysium which appeared to have smaller budgets than Sanctuary when comparing repeated animation or fight coreography. I know being faithful to the manga was important but it resulted in Dohko and the Gold Saints being ignores until their deaths. Even the violence seemed toned down as the guys Seiya killed barely showed blood loss though this might be to appeal to children just like what happened with Dragón Ball Super

This is something I've been waiting for with great excitement.
The spin-offs have mostly tried to avoid Olympus, no doubt because they didn't want to step on Kurumada's toes, since this is the big final challenge they need to face (well, unless Kuru wants to take it up the proverbial divine food chain as it were).

Episode.G has already utilized the Titans, while the Gigantomachia light novel used the Giants. The only ones beyond them would be the various personifications, but if Chronos in Next Dimension is any indication then most of them likely just don't care that much about what Athena & the Saints are doing, since they could do whatever they want whenever the feel like, as seen with Chronos screwing with Athena's telomeres to turn her into a baby once she went back in time in ND. Hell, if anything, the personifications would likely prefer if the Olympians are taken down a peg.
Chronos' only real feeling about Athena screwing with the spacetime continuum in ND more or less amounted to "You want to make a mess of things, then go ahead... you'll be the one to deal with the consequences, after all".
