The first season definitely had three-minute episodes with 30 second ending songs afterward. The ova was five minutes though.
Honestly I'm just glad for more, it was a charming little gem. |

They mean five minute TV slot (including commercials). I assume the actual runtime of the new series will probably be more like 12 minutes per episode (see Muromi-san, for example). |
