It's hard to imagine a serious script from Nakashima after Oh! Edo Rocket and Kill la Kill. Still he's clearly a serious author given the underlying subject matter of those shows which focus on political repression and authoritarianism. I hope I can see this film with subs at some point just to see the results of Nakashima's efforts.
