Sega Genesis/Mega Drive Emulator to Launch on Steam
posted on by Karen Ressler
Sega announced on Wednesday that Steam will launch a "Sega Classics Hub" emulator on April 28 for all players who have purchased ports of Sega Genesis (Sega Mega Drive) games on Steam. Games will be accessible through the hub, which will offer a "spot-on emulator, local co-op for games that support it, optional graphic enhancement filters, the ability to save states at any point during gameplay and full controller and keyboard support."
The interface appears as an early nineties kid's bedroom with a CRT television, decorations, and shelf to stock games the player owns.
