Game Maker Konami: Similarly Named Company in Panama Papers Is Unrelated

Game maker Konami posted the following notice on Tuesday, denying connection to a company listed on the Offshore Leaks Database:
The "Konami Corporation Limited" that appears in the Offshore Leaks Database, what is called the "Panama Papers," is entirely unrelated to Konami Group.
Last month, a group of news media outlets revealed the "Panama Papers," a collection of leaked files detailing the offshore companies used to hide unlawful activities such as tax evasion. The online Offshore Leaks Database with information on the companies went live on Monday.
