Toho Project's Remilia Scarlet

In the above photo, an unidentified cosplayer portrays Remilia Scarlet from the Toho series of dojin (self-published) videogames. In the game series, Remilia is the owner of the Scarlet Devil Mansion and the older sister of Flandre Scarlet. She has strong magical powers and a terrifying reputation, despite her appearance. The outfit depicted here is worn by the character in the game Koumajou Densetsu: Scarlet Symphony.
The photo was taken at Comic World Taiwan T6, which took place September 10 and 11 in Taichung City, Taiwan.
