Plot Summary:
In the summer of 1990, mirages suddenly appear in Shinjuku, soon followed by a strange, silent black-skinned warrior who attacks the troopers. When the mysterious warrior calls forth his own armor, to the troopers' shock, it is a black copy of the Kikoutei.
