Enthusiasm is one of Iczer 3's best assets. Unfortunately, it was that same enthusiasm which nearly got Nagisa, her slightly unwilling battle partner, killed and caused the Iczerio, power source for the mighty Iczer Robo, to fall into Neos Gold's clutches. Now, without two of her best allies and the trust of her new Earth comrades, Iczer 3 must prepare for battle alone.

While Iczer 3 leaves the ship to fight Neos herself, Neos is busily experimenting with her newly-captured power source and creates a new opponent made especially to battle the diminutive warrior. In the midst of a battle with the beast-woman Bigro and her deadly pet, Iczer 3 encounters Atros, an exact copy of herself! Now iczer 3 must face an opponent with all her power and knowledge. Can Nagisa be the deciding factor in defeating this new menace? And what else is Neos cooking up for both of them to face?

As the battle for Earth's future continues, can Iczer 3 hold out until Iczer 1 can come and save the day?
