The international re-release of NEON GENESIS EVANGELION does not contain "FLY ME TO THE MOON" in any of its home video editions.

Disc 5 was replaced due to lacking subtitles on the "THE END OF EVANGELION - Deleted Live Action Scene" bonus feature. The replacement disc has UPC 826663224313 printed on a sticker found on the back of the mailing envelope. The replacement disc can be identified by R1 printed after the SKU at the bottom of the disc.
