In the above photo, an unidentified cosplayer portrays Ink Nijihara, the heroine of the English language study program and television anime Moetan. In the series, Ink is infatuated with her next door neighbor Nao and acquires the ability to transform into the magical girl Pastel Ink in order to help him study English.
The photo was taken at the 2010 Japan Festa event, which took place in Bangkok, Thailand from August 28 to 29.
