Speed Racer ready to roll?

Cinescape Online reports that the script for a new Speed Racer movie has finally been completed and submitted to Warned Bros., and that Vince Vaughn is still "locked in" to play Racer X. This is the first news on the film since nearly a year ago when Warner Bros. announced they were restarting the project after several years of false starts.
