Appleseed Movie Sequel Slated for Fall 2007

Sega's official site for the Appleseed EX PlayStation 2 game posted the latest release date for the Appleseed sequel movie. Ex Machina, the followup to the 2004 all-CG film, will open in Japan in Fall of 2007. Shinji Aramaki returns to direct with Hong Kong cinema's John Woo signing on to produce. Source: Moon Phase
