posted on 2007-11-08 03:45 EST by Egan Loo
For the first time, volumes of the Naruto manga that were initially published in the United States in separate months have sold well enough to simultaneously place on USA Today's weekly list of the nation's top 150 best-selling books. For October 29-November 4, Naruto Volume 21, which hit bookshelves on October 2, took the #119 spot, while Volumes 22 through 24 placed in the #126, #147, and #112 positions respectively. Officially, Naruto Volumes 22, 23, and 24 were scheduled to be released on November 6, but these volumes were available in book and comic stores before that date.
