Bandai Visual USA Begins Free Streaming of Haruka Anime

Bandai Visual USA has announced that the first episode of the Haruka: Beyond the Stream of Time – A Tale of the Eight Guardians mythological fantasy anime series is streaming for free today at its dot-anime.us retail website. The episode will be available until June 18. The service is available to users of Microsoft Windows XP or Vista with Internet Explorer, Windows Media Player, and an American and Canadian Internet address. Except for the regional address, the requirements are similar to those for Bandai Visual's Japanese streaming service.
The anime adapts KOEI's Japanese romance adventure game franchise for female players. Viz Media is publishing Tohko Mizuno's manga adaptation in Shojo Beat magazine and in compiled volumes. Bandai Visual announced this service last month, and it plans to stream episodes of Shigofumi - Letters from the Departed, True Tears, and sola later.
