Japan's Animation Blu-ray Disc Ranking, August 30-September 5

The market survey firm Oricon Communications has announced on Wednesday that One Piece Film Strong World topped both the DVD and Blu-ray Disc charts for a second week in a row. It is the first time that any anime work ranked #1 for two weeks in a row on both the DVD and Blu-ray charts.

Miku no Hi Kanshasai 39's Giving Day Project Diva presents Hatsune Miku Solo Concert ~Konbanwa, Hatsune Miku Desu.~ debuted at #1 on SoundScan Japan's weekly Blu-ray Disc chart, although it landed at #2 on Oricon's weekly overall Blu-ray chart. According to Oricon, it sold 10,211 copies to top the weekly music Blu-ray chart and rank #8 on the all-time music Blu-ray chart (surpassing Southern All Stars' "Manatsu no Daikanshasai Live."
