Nyanpire The Animation's Promotional Video Streamed

The official website for Gonzo's Nyanpire The Animation television anime series revamped itself with a new 61-second streaming promotional video on Wednesday. The Gothic World of Nyanpire, yukiusa's original dōjinshi, follows a black cat who was abandoned and left to starve. Just before the cat's life was to be extinguished, a vampire emerged from the darkness and gave it blood. Now, "Nyanpire" (a combination of the Japanese pronunciations for a cat's meow and "vampire") lives as a seemingly ordinary house cat raised by a human girl.
When the anime premieres this summer, it will be Gonzo's first new television series in two years. Takahiro Yoshimatsu — the character designer of Trigun, Future GPX Cyber Formula, and Supernatural the Animation — is serving as the director and character designer of the new project. Natsuko Takahashi (07-Ghost, Kaasan - Mom's Life, Moyashimon, live-action Ōoku, Nura: Rise of the Yokai Clan) is supervising the scripts. The cast is as follows:
