Anime Weekend Atlanta to Host Lain's Yoshitoshi ABe

Voice actress Naoko Matsui to also attend September 30-October 2 convention
Anime Weekend Atlanta announced on Tuesday that it will host artist and manga creator Yoshitoshi ABe. The convention will be held from September 30 to October 2 at the Renaissance Atlanta Waverly Hotel and Cobb Galleria Centre in Atlanta.
Abe created or designed many manga and anime works, such as his breakthrough hit Serial Experiments Lain, NieA_7, Haibane Renmei, and Texhnolyze.
The convention will also host voice actress Naoko Matsui (Case Closed's Sonoko Suzuki, Mobile Suit Gundam Wing's Dorothy Catalonia) and the Japanese musical groups Moon Stream and THE SUZAN.
