Soul Hackers Dubbed in English 'Almost as Much' as Original Was

Atlus USA public relations spokesperson Alex Armour confirmed that the North American English release of Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Summoner: Soul Hackers for the Nintendo 3DS will feature "almost as much" voice-acting as the Japanese version had.
“We did not shy away from making the game fully English voiced,” Armour said. “It's almost as much as the JP version but it is cut back just a touch. It's still a very robust production for voicing.”
Atlus began streaming an English-dubbed story trailer for its North American release of the Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Summoner: Soul Hackers game earlier this month. Atlus will release the first-person, dungeon-crawling RPG for the Nintendo 3DS on April 16.
