Full Moon's Tanemura to Launch 31 Ai Dream Manga

The April issue of Hakusensha's Melody magazine announced on Thursday that Arina Tanemura will launch her new 31 Ai Dream (alternately written as 31 I Dream or 31 Eye Dream) manga series in the next issue on April 27.
The new romance manga will revolve around Chikage, a 31-year-old, eyeglasses-wearing plain woman. While many of Tanemura's previous works centered around girls and teenagers, this new manga is one of her rare ones with a protagonist around 30. The manga's first chapter will be bundled in a separately bound booklet with Melody's June issue, but the future chapters will be in the actual magazine.
The current April issue also has a bonus supplemental "Itadakimasu" booklet with a one-page essay manga that Tanemura drew about bread.
Tanemura ended her Sakura Hime: The Legend of Princess Sakura (Sakura-Hime Kaden) manga in Shueisha's Ribon magazine last year. She also launched her Neko to Watashi no Kinyōbi (The Cat's and My Friday) manga in Shueisha's Margaret shōjo magazine this month.
Viz Media will release the 10th Sakura Hime volume in North America in June. Viz also published most of her other titles such as Full Moon O Sagashite, The Gentlemen's Alliance Cross, Time Stranger Kyoko, and I.O.N. DC Comics' CMX Manga imprint published her Kamikaze Kaitō Jeanne series.
