Niconico Parent to Make Site for Sharing 3D Models for MikuMikuDance, Unity, More

Dwango announced at the Niconico Chōkaigi 3 convention that it will launch the "Niconi Solid" service on May 2. Through this service, users can share 3D model data for use in the Metasequoia software, the Unity 3D game engine, and the MikuMikuDance software. The site will open on May 2.

MikuMikuDance has been used to create Straight Title Robot Anime (Chokkyū Hyōdai Robot Anime), Tesagure! Bukatsu-mono, and the upcoming Minarai Diva anime.
